Deleting my current domain account and again make another account on same domain

hi,
my domain currently not working properly, it appears that this page can’ t be reached.(my domain is kpnews.pk )
I make a discussion earlier and admin replied that i should contact to my domain provider to fix it. but my domain provider says to contact with your host provider…
so i want to know that can i Delete my current domain account and again
make another account on this same domain (kpnews.pk).
is it work to starting a new start for my domain thanks for your kind-full action for this …
i am waiting for your quick and effective reply.

If you want to delete the domain on infinityfree’s server then you will have to wait for 90days to it completely vanished before you want to create another account again with the same domain

We’d love to help you get your domain set up, if you give us the opportunity to do so. Changing your domain’s nameservers to another hosting provider (it’s currently pointing to boston1.viewen.com and boston2.viewen.com, not InfinityFree) doesn’t help, and neither does recreating an account.
