You cannot.
Maybe with cloudflare though, but only if it is not a sub domain.
What do you mean by changing your DNS? What are you looking to do exactly?

You can change your nameservers from your domain registrar’s nameservers management panel if you use your domain, but you can’t change nameservers on free subdomains.
