DNS configuration for subdomain - Can't reach this site

Hi.
First I would like to thank Infinity for the free hosting and great support.
I did read related topics but found none especificaly talking about subdomains.
I have this subdomain registered (blog.onoffstore.com.br) and pointed to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com nameservers.
In Infinity’s CPanel, I added this subdomain to be parked on my site which is onoffstore.epizy.com.
I did wait for the dns propagation but after 3 days I still get the error “Can’t reach this site”.
For test sake I tracerouted the subdomain and in the log I’m getting “DNS error: 105 Refused - The name server refuses to perform the specified operation for policy reasons.” at the specific moment of resolving the ns1.epizy.com nameserver.

Can you please guide me on what can i do or redo?

I just checked http://blog.onoffstore.com.br and I see a page saying the website is set up. Your DNS configuration also looks good to me.

The name server refuses to perform the specified operation for policy reasons.

“policy reasons” suggests someone is blocking you from querying the DNS records. Could you try to ask your internet provider about this as well? It’s possible they are blocking access to our servers.
