Dns email verification for zoho emails

I want to host emails with zoho free account and I have it with ipage right now and I want to use zoho emails,but error come that my domain is now hosted by infinityfree. How can I verify domain owner ship if it is pointed to infinityfree hosting and the registerar is ipage ???

You can point the domain back to IPage nameservers and add in A records for your domain and www subdomain (assuming domain is already added to hosting account). Or you can use CloudFlare
