Error Message: Getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN from last 2-3 days

It looks like you just updated your domain with your registrar. Note that it can take 72 hours before your domain starts working.

But I was getting this error form past 2-3 days. Any solution pls.

Perhaps your domain was expired and you just renewed it, I don’t know.

In any case, there was an update on the Verisign Registry earlier today, and changes at that level can take time to propagate across the internet.

If the issues still persists after 72 hours, please let us know.

Thanks

OK, thanks for your prompt reply.

After removing from hosting, it will take probably more than 4-5 days to get it deleted. then I will be able to add. is there any other way to resolve the issue.

To delete what?

This looks like a dns issue. Removing then adding back domain is the only way I know to refresh the dns

To delete my domain from infinityfree hosting account. I think it will take 30 days then after I will be able to create a new account for my custom domain name i.e niteskverma.com.
I have confirmed from the domain name provider i.e. GoDaddy, they said on your domain no IP is assigned and contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue. Even they assure that from Domain side everything is fine,

Precisely, that is the issue! In order to obtain IP and refresh the dns status, you need to remove domain from hosting account, wait 24 - 48 hrs, then add it back again. Can you try that?

I do not understand why it will take that long

Ok, I have deactivated the domain from the infinityfree hosting and will wait for 3 more days. Let’s hope for the best.

Thanks for your kind suggestions.

Deleting the domain and re-adding them is pretty much instant if you’re using our nameservers. Just login to the control panel, go to Addon Domains, click Delete next to the domain name, and then add the domain name again.

Moving the domain to a new account works too, but this will likely change the IP address. You’ll also need to migrate your site to the new account, which is either much easier or unnecessary entirely if you keep the domain on the same account.

implemented as suggested. how much time it will take to work?

DNS propagation should take less than an hour, but it can take up to 3 days.
