I just set up my free account and am working on transferring my domain name I purchased through Shopify. I changed the DNS server names to ns1&2.epizy.com. I understand it can take a while but being the impatient person I am I tried to add the domain name. When I do this is says to set the names to ns1-5.byet.org. which should I use? Shopify also proved a transfer code. Is there a way I can just provide this and my domain will transfer to my account?

Both choices are fine, but I prefer Byet nameservers a lot more. Also, you need to wait at least 24 hours until the nameserver changes are propagated, after which you can add the domain into your account.
The transfer code is only used to transfer a domain into another domain registrar, and InfinityFree doesn’t provide domain registration systems. InfinityFree does only provide free hosting for your domain (or subdomain).
