Error Message

500 Internal Server Error

Oops, something broke when loading the page you requested! This is usually caused by things like bad .htaccess lines.

Other Information

I’m currently moving my site over to InfinityFree and after setting everything up, my site is now not viewable and only displays this error. I went to Alter Php Config to get more error information but I’m unable to edit the file since: " Configure php directives It appears the document root for the domain name ryanheadley.net does not exist, please contact support 89347349288"

I would love to contact support but if that is a number then without a country code it is useless and 89 doesn’t exist as a country so not sure what to do with that.

Hello there,

This error usually occurs when your script is broken/corrupted or some necessary files are missing in order for your site to properly execute.

Please refer to this Knowledge Base article for more info:

Hi, thanks for the quick message. I already read that article and tried doing what it said but as you can read I can’t even alter the php config file. So unless I’m missing something in that article, it doesn’t offer much help

Please note that it said “Alter PHP Config”, not “alter php config file”. The latter is not something you can do here, the former is a section in the control panel.
