You can also install plugins manually with a FTP client. You can find the instructions here.

Which is hardly surprising. Not every software supports plugins, so you can’t install new plugins to it.

Joking aside, can you please describe the problem in a LOT more detail? Because I don’t have the faintest clue as to what you’re trying to do, how you’re trying to do it and where you’re getting stuck.
