Hi, i’ve been trying to create a new account for several months, Domain is msatech.com.sa but turns me to error message " domain is already added" I’m sure i delete the previous Addon domain and deactivated the account, also I contacted https://support.ifastnet.com/ and they confirmed that the domain is not added anywhere in the platform … https://support.ifastnet.com/viewticket.php?id=659758
just tried today and still not able to create a new account for my domain

I moved the post into the original topic to help keep overview of what happened.

What you know now is exactly the same as I know. The domain is not in use, but still the domain cannot be added. This is caused by some issues somewhere in the free hosting platform, which iFastNet’s staff are as least as qualified as I am to fix.

Already contacted iFastNet’s staff and couldn’t find any issue at their end, waiting for you guys so they can troubleshoot: https://support.ifastnet.com/viewticket.php?id=659758

Please note that this is InfinityFree’s support forum, not iFastNet’s. We have no way to view your correspondence with iFastNet (unless this correspondence is done through our panel).
