i cant remove my domain in control panel, it says incorrect details or something like that. so i decided to deactivate it instead. But it is still active. please help me to solve this problem.

Log in to the cPanel and remove the domain from there. Then, deactivate the account from the Client Area.

thanks, im a beginner. but i already do that. as your advice, i login in my cpanel and i cannot remove it there. when i click delete, it says incorrect details…
Log in to your domain registrar, onamae.com, and change the nameservers and A records to the default ones. Then, remove your account from the cPanel.

i already did that, i change my ns in onamae.com to its default and return to my cpanel to remove / delete my domain. but the problem still persist, it cannot remove.
If you just deactivate the account from the Client Area, you will be able to use the domain elsewhere, just not on free hosting for 60 days.

yes, as i read in some articles, that’s why i need to remove it from cpanel before deactivating. do you think it will work if i reactivate it again and do the step by step procedure?

can you give an example screenshot of what to delete in cpanel? I’m having trouble finding the delete button. i just got the CNAME button and have deleted it

you go to cpanel> account settings> your domain> *addon domains>*view / add domains and at the bottom you can see your domain, its up to you to delete it.
