The error “You currently have email addresses created on this domain, these will need to be removed <a href=‘/panel/indexpl.php?option=emailaccounn ts&ttt=138266008405698560’?>here before the domain can be removed.” is displaying and i dont have an email adress
The message is slightly misleading. It says “email addresses”, but only links to email accounts. But you need to check and delete any email forwarders too before you can delete the domain.
Please make sure your domain is fully migrated to your new hosting provider BEFORE removing it from your account. Otherwise, you will break your domain name.

But it is my domain and i would like to get it back and i dont use my daily hits i only delete the domain and change my nameservers! and its not okay because it’s my domain and my rights
