When I have not visited my domain for a few hours, the page does not seem to load until I hit refresh. Otherwise it just stays on a blank page for what seems like forever. The domain is starclub.rf.gd. I am hosting a WordPress website.

I just tested again and I noticed a big slowdown
this is a picture more for the admin because I don’t know the cause
Initial page load can take some time due to caching. This is normal.
