Hi, I’m new here and I have GoDaddy domain, can I transfer it to InfinityFree and also transfer all files from my free infinityfree domain to my new domain?
Is that possible?

Yes, just set the nameservers to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com and then add the domain via the hosting panel.
You can either park the new domain onto the old InfinityFree domain or copy the files over inside of the file manager.
