Domains not showing

I have 2 domains/webs: tucanlive.com and lhgcs.net

I have recently moved my registration on tucanlive.com to MyDomain.com. That took a couple of days.
lhgcs.net was already there.
I then read the info on ‘Addon Domains’.
I set the NS records on lhgcs.net to…
ns1.epizy.com
ns2.epizy.com
…as the yellow notice says.
Using FTP, I uploaded my HTML to the newly appeared ‘lhgcs.net’ htdocs folder and then waited the requisite 72hrs.
That error page still came up.
I read the knowledge base and found a reference to using ‘ns1.byet.org’, etc… and set NS records as that.
By this time, tucanlive.com was ready so I set it’s NS records as well and added it and uploaded the HTML.
It has now been a couple of days but nothing is showing.
Just that error page.
Please assist.

I think I stated that I had already waited the requisite 72 hours. Twice.
Please tell me what is wrong.

It’s a DNS propagation issue; what the article says also says to clear the cookies and cache, edit your hosts file to overwrite DNS lookups or switch to a better DNS resolver.

Both websites are working fine from here. So whatever the issue is you’re seeing, I highly suspect it’s a problem with your device or internet connection.

One good way to see if that’s the case, you could follow the instructions from the article @Ergastolator1 linked regarding configuring custom DNS resolvers.

I don’t see any evidence that the domains were added more than 72 hours ago. I don’t have timestamps of when a domain is added so I’m not sure, but I don’t have clear evidence that this definitely should not be a DNS propagation issue.

OK. I’m going to the hosts now and will change my DNS.
A couple more days…

More days later… after I reset the hosts file and tried google dns, still no joy.
I have now upped nameservers to: ns1 and 2 .epizy.com and ns 1-5 .byet.org on both domains.
No email either. Yes I have set MX records.

Please assist.

Finally both pages are working.
Now for the email.
How long before that works?

I’ve checked and the MX records have a priority of 0. Change it to 10 if you want to receive emails, and wait 72 hours for DNS propagation.

The IP addresses of our nameservers are provided from multiple locations around the world. But the number of people reporting random DNS issues makes me suspect that some of these locations are malfunctioning. That would explain the random DNS issues for some people while other people do not have these problems.

Could you please make a traceroute from one of these error locations to ns1.epizy.com and share them here? The traceroute will show which location you connect to to resolve your DNS.

It’s been 72*2 hours now and still no email action from any addrees at tucanlive.com or lhgcs.net
Attempts to login to webmail also fail.
