What port did you use?
Could you please paste the full log output of FileZilla here? Some people are disconnected because an FTP command takes too long, but others are not able to connect in the first place.

You can see the right IP address there, which means resolving the address works fine.
Could you please try this from another device and/or network as well? It has happened that some ISPs have blocked access to some of our servers.

nothing… i try on my mobile and another windows computer (i use linux) the same result
i edit filezilla setup to timeout = 0 and…
“ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out”.
you can try a less secure protocol (ordinary FTP)
under the file menu choose > Site Manager
and in the Encryption set it to use plain FTP (insecure)
and test

Also, for example, my ISP has a firewall on its side
and I can adjust 3 levels. (low, medium and high)
check on your ISP user pages
router settings that can make problems
things like: turned on> Port Scan Protection, DoS Protection, NAT Acceleration, etc.
