Dotclear Unable to connect to database

Username epiz_31457448 (e.g. epiz_XXX) or metafo.rf.gd/insight

I have been refreshing my Dotclear page for over an hour but the error still exists.

Unable to connect to database

This either means that the username and password information in your config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at “sql102.byetcluster.com”. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

  • Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
  • Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
  • Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the Dotclear Support Forums.

(please share the FULL error message you see)

Other Information

I’ve checked one of my other Dotclear domains (https://hoga.epizy.com/listening_practice/admin/post.php), Dotclear works fine.

Thanks but how long will it take to repair the SQL problem?
