Elementor form widget "server error"

When I try to test a form made with the Elementor Pro form widget I get " x- server error website visitors will not see this message"

I added a mailchimp signup form instead and that works so I’m wondering if elementor is trying to get the host server to send the email instead and hence the error.

everything else seems to work fine so no ideas.

I just published a page on a second site hosted with you guys and added an elementor opt-in form to see if the other site has the same problems and it came back server error as well…

So it looks like an infinity free problem

What makes you so sure the plugin isn’t just broken?

I’d love to help you with this, but “server error” could be anything so I need more information in order to figure out what’s causing this error. For starters, could you provide a URL and steps to see this error?

Solved it just five minutes ago.

There was one small field left open that needed a choice. it was field mapping.

my bad…was human error.
