Email forwarding MX records

I am trying to setup email forwarding, I have set the forward with my domain register which is porkbun, this forwards my email to a gmail account. They told me to put the MX records of:

fwd1. porkbun .com 1
and the same again for fwd2

and to delete any other MX records. I find the following MX record in the cpanel

Domain MX Record Priority Actions
g84dveux.epizy.com mx.byetcluster.com. 0

and when I try to delete this I get the following error:

Error #459346986 Please contact supportMX Records can not be altered on subdomains

Any advice? What am I doing wrong? Is there a better way to setup email forwarding, is this better done from the web host (Infinity Free)? (sorry I am new to all this)

Also, you should add the MX records only for your domain(s), and leave alone the main domain’s MX record.
