Email receiving and MX records not working ?

When I point my domain name to mx.epizy.com in MX records , and click add .
Then,
It automatically add a point after com means (mx.epizy.com.)

Example:
my domain - mx.epizy.com.

That’s why email service not working.

Can you please solve this problem ???
