Enable "imagick" on PHP?

Error Message

It is not an error but I wanted to know if it is possible to enable “imagick” in PHP? I am using Wordpress and as a recommendation it is requested to activate it.

Other Information

Although it is an optional module that appears in “Site health status” I would like to know why it is disabled or uninstalled.

Imagick module is missing

As the notice being said, the Imagick module is optional and not really necessary for most websites. The PHP Imagick module is disabled mostly due to the fact that it has many bugs and has a big vulnerability, the CVE-2016-3714, also called Image Tragick. And that’s not really the reason.
