Epizy.com & Database Server is down

Ok thank you for the advice.

Well, that means it is either the database error, or the servers detecting a rule-breaking site. Please more your site and files elsewhere.
Thanks.

I looked into your websites @jafariringallur and @epiclolxd . Both of your accounts are on the website IP 185.27.134.116 which appears to be down. I’ve notified iFastNet about it.

But I got reactivated mail today and still now its redirecting to suspened domain page.
Kindly Look into the issue bro!

I think no seperate topic needed thats y i mentioned here @Admin

You should create a new topic for that, your problem is probably unrelated to this topic.

Yes, I see many reports like that. I suspect that the same issues that have caused problems for the control panel and hosting API may have also caused some account suspensions and reactivations to go wrong.

I think you can fix this by just deactivating your account and then reactivating it again. That should correctly reactivate your domain names.

Hello admin,
Please help my website is under maintainance. Actually its a college portal and everyone needs to access it urgently.
website - placement.rf.gd

I’m sorry, but help how? It clearly says your site is offline until the maintenance is completed and that you should not submit any support tickets about it.

That doesn’t mean you should create forum posts instead.

I can’t do anything but basically repeat what you see in the control panel.

I also created a separate announcement about that:

And also about the unreachable domain names:

You should not use free hosting for something as important as a college portal, especially because of unreliability.

If you want, you can use ifastnet’s premium, which is quite cheap.

If you don’t like ifastnet, then try other providers, plenty of them out there offer reliable services for cheap.

tried but not working still redirect to suspended domain :pensive:

My website (http://d2-optimizer.great-site.net/) is also down, DNS resolves to the same 185.27.134.116.

In Chrome:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Using: Online Port Scanner - SubnetOnline.com

Checked port 80 on Host/IP d2-optimizer.great-site.net
The checked port (80, service http) is offline/unreachable

FTP is also not working:

@JTarbuskovich

  1. We understand this is an issue, iFastNet is working on a solution
  2. You should always have a backup. If a server fails, or there is an outage (like now) you may be wanting to access your files, but they may not be able to be accessed, or are lost forever.
  3. IF cannot/will not retrieve your files. It is your responsibility to always have a working backup.

Thanks.
