Hello.I created new domain and new website.But I cant reach my website through my ip address.If I use vpn,I can.

Error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
WEBSITE DOMAIN:http://forcv.rf.gd/

Please help me

For me it works. For you it seems like your IP is on the blacklist or the ISP blocks connections from the IPs of the servers, so try to reboot your router to get a new IP.
