My website is showing this error when i try to access database. Please solve this issue.

There are some broken permissions in the database. Wait until the Admin fixes them and the phpMyAdmin access link.
I don’t get see any redirections when trying to access phpMyAdmin for your database. Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies (at least for the control panel and for phpMyAdmin) and try again? Checking phpMyAdmin in private browsing mode works as well.
