Error accessing the Softaculous Apps Installer.
If you’re on vol13_3, there are some issues with the FTP directory on the accounts on that volume. Wait until iFastNet fixes it tomorrow or Monday.
What does the error say?
These connection timed out errors from Softaculous are often caused by port 2082 (used for cPanel and Softaculous) is blocked on your network.
Can you check if you can open this cPanel demo page? demo.cpanel.net:2082 Don’t try logging in to it, it’s just a demo. But if you see a login page, that means the port is not blocked.
If you see the same error, it means the port is blocked on your network. If so, you can try to ask your network administrator to whitelist this port, or use a VPN or proxy to bypass the IP filters.
