ERROR 403 Forbidden

Hey when I try to go to the chat page in my nav-bar I get this error: 403 Forbidden The website’s configuration prevents you from accessing this page. On my local site all works fine.
Someone know why?

Ohhhh, I fixed it by rename the file :blush:

Chat scripts are blocked on our hosting. Please remove the chat script immediately or your website may be taken down without warning (even though this is technically a warning).
