The main page is loading for me though:
Many of the images are returning 404 errors, so you may want to check that all the files are uploaded, and all the paths and URLs are correct.

Except that the files do not exist as the admin stated
you also mixed up the layout of the HTML elements
this should be at the beginning:
you are also missing a <body> section
twice open <head> and never closed
unclosed <div>, etc.
