Error 502 Bad Gateway

Hello sir,
I am facing an error. Please tell me how to resolve this 502 error. i tried clearing the cookies and rebooting the network. also tried the website on other device but didnt work. ALso i tried to ping the domain but says “Request timed out”. Please reply ASAP.
