Error 502

Hi @Admin

I got another ERROR 502 on rfgd_19765636.
Please take a look, Thx

The website is working fine from here.

The website is now showing up but the style is glitching, please confirm this

Note : No modifications were made before this error.
Acessing other page will cause either 502 or 522 error

Can you please clarify which website you’re referring to? I checked the initial domain on your account which seems to be working fine and does not use any external style sheets.

https://goldeneagleshop.cf/

I actually wanted the Domain to be private tho…

I just tried to check the URL above and I saw the same errors. I also tried to check your website directly and bypass Cloudflare, but then I did not see any errors. It’s possible that there is an issue with Cloudflare or the connection between Cloudflare and your website. But if you disable Cloudflare on your website, it should open for you as well.

Hi,
How could you access my site directly (Bypass Cloudflare)?
Now I’ve paused Cloudflare but now it’s ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Error

I can check in our system what the IP address is for your account and tell my computer to load your site from that IP address (by changing my hosts file, you can Google how to do that if you want to try it as well).

When bypassing Cloudflare, you only need to disable to orange cloud icon in the DNS area, you don’t need to change any other settings. However, note that doing so changes your DNS settings, so it can take up to a day take effect.

You can’t visit the website by entering the IP address. You need to edit it in your hosts file.

Both articles won’t work in this case. The first articles is simply not true for shared hosting and the second one only works with a specific cPanel configuration.

Again, you need to edit your hosts file. That’s the thing you should Google for. Articles like this one explain how to do that: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/

I need administration permission to do that,
I am administrator and I had launched Notepad on Elevated Mode

if nothing helps you
you can always boot some small linux LIVE distro with a usb stick
then mount windows partition and edit the desired file

many security softwares blocking editing of “host file”
or host file is constantly in use and it is not possible to edit it

Hi,
I’ve founded the problem.

The server IP changes and I did not point it to the new IP yet.

Problem solved.
