You can’t use directly nameservers as A records to point the domain to Cloudflare or other DNS management services. You can use the Main Domain as CNAME record for the non-www version of the domain, but it may not be supported by other DNS management services, or configure an A record that points to the IP of the Main Domain. And then don’t also forget to put a CNAME record for www that points to your domain!
You can find the IP addresses of the nameservers by using any DNS lookup tool and plugging the nameserver addresses in them.
