Error establishing a database connection

I have been getting this error message for the past few hours and it’s known to be a wp credential issue however I don’t have access to the database to begin with every time i try to open control panel or file manager it says this site can’t be reached

I have the same problem, can´t access to phpMyAdmin to manage databases :frowning: fortunately my website is in hosting volume vol10_5 and is up, but the databases are not manage.
