Could you check if you have another hosting account using your domain?

I don’t know how your supposedly checked this, because if you check it with our Domain Checker tool, it will tell you that the domain is already in use on another hosting account. Looking at the account, I think it’s another account of you (given that the email address shares some similarity to your forum username).

Please check your other email accounts if you may have used them to sign up for our hosting as well.
