When I try to create a new subdomain it shows " Invalid Domain, please check your input. .4 "

Syntax error in domain, to many dots

What’s the domain name you’re trying to add? I don’t know if this is an issue on our end, or whether the domain you’re trying to add is just not supported in the first place, without knowing the domain you’re talking about.

Could you please describe or give an example of the subdomain which you are trying to add?

If you are trying to add the “support” subdomain
you must use that subdomain section of vPanel
and type “support” in the box
then choose your domain from the bottom of the list.
FYI [email protected] is an email address, not a domain.

IIRC the “support” subdomain is a reserved keyword and cannot be used. So you may need to use a different subdomain.
