Error " This site can’t be reached"

My website is https://www.blackhatforums.cf/. I started my website yesterday.
Yesterday for about 2 - 4 hours my website got this error " This site can’t be reached". Now today also I got this error in the middle on my work customizing the website. Why do I get this error? Is it a part of the free hosting plan?

You need to wait for about 24 - 72 hours for the DNS propagation effect worldwide.

Your domain is pointing to Cloudflare nameservers, so you have to make sure your domain is pointing to our servers too. Here’s the article to find the IP, out of which you need to replace the old IP on the A records for both your non-www and www versions of the domain.
