Error when downloading plugins

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Other Information

I get the error when uploading a plugin in WordPress.

Max file size is 10mb.
Extract locally then upload via ftp

Wdym because I am new to this host

  1. Download the plugin zip file to your PC/laptop.
  2. Extract the zip files locally.
  3. Upload via ftp (use Filezilla) the files to “wp-content/plugins” directory

The File Manager doesn’t work, is it a problem or my internet?

Do not use the file manager.

Right here.

The online file manager can’t handle more than about 5o files at a time, so 2k+ files is way too many.

Here’s the download link: Download FileZilla Client (filezilla-project.org). Click on the one for macOS from the list.
