Error when trying to connect to FTP

Error Message:
Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Could not connect to server

Other information: Hi, I’m trying to connect to epizy ftp but it give me a error. I’m using the following credentials:

Server: ftpupload.net
Port: 21
User: epiz_29610786
Password: Cpanel Password

There is something wrong? Thanks, I wait your response.

the FTP server appears to be down. please try using ftp.epizy.com

I tried using it but give me error too. The strange thing is the file manager than includes InfinityFree works, but Filezilla doesn’t not.

I run the command tracert ftpupload.net and give me this:
Traces to the address ftpupload.net [185.27.134.11]
over a maximum of 30 jumps:

1 2 ms 3 ms 2 ms 192.168.1.1
2 192.168.1.1 reports: Destination protocol unreachable.
