Can you try to log out and login? Then try again?

The recacha is hidden on that page. Since I don’t see the logo in the lower right corner of your screen, something must have gone wrong. If logging out and logging back in does not fix it, try clearing your cache.

On that page, there should be a visible ReCaptcha checkbox above the Create Account button.

I see there are also no ads in your screenshot. Are you using an ad/tracking blocker perhaps? Could that be blocking ReCaptcha as well?

i did try it with adblock disabled and with everything on the page enabled in noscript but i didnt try logout/login

ah it was gstatic.com being blocked, hmmm weird not sure why it was but its all good now
