Error while connecting cyberduck to my website

I’m trying to take a backup with one FTP client: Cyberduck. I’m facing difficulty while connecting:-

also, it shows a warning message (when trying to connect through FTP) something like this:-

Can any anticipate What’s wrong I’m doing while connecting to my site?

The settings look OK, and I don’t know what this “Interoperability failure” means.

Could you please try FileZilla instead and see if you can connect that way? That should help isolate whether this is an issue with connecting to FTP in general or a Cyberduck issue. And if it’s the former, it should have more useful error messages.
