error while installing

I am getting this" Installation failed: 502 Bad Gateway 502 Bad Gateway nginx " while installing jetpack, Yoast, and wp-cache plugin so what did I do wrong haha?

I have found out the solution to this problem. If anyone else faces the same error while installing plugins, upload the plugin through FTP server. Sometimes the plugins are too big so you need to do that to install.

I am sorry I didn’t learn from the previous posts with similar issues as they had a bit different error than mine.
