2. Make sure cname record you’re trying to insert matches the one shown in client area

Please make sure that you have the right domain name selected, and that the Record Name is correct. Make sure that there is no additional whitespace pasted in with the text (this is clearly the case in the first screenshot).

In any case, I see you’ve been able to add the record now.
