thank you KangJL i have tried to upload 10 mb mp4 the upload is completed but the file is deleted immediately afterwards and all my we web file is in htdoc

It will! Because the file size should be either less than or exactly 10MB. Btw, videos take up too much server resources and sometimes your account may get suspended. Uploading on sites like Vimeo etc. Is suggested.
