i am trying to upload .exe file and associating it with a button as soon as button is presses it should get a prompt to download and should download but when i upload to my filemanager and test my webpage as soon as i click on button error 404 occur
have anyone faced same problum???
Because those files are supposed to be illegal for this hosting. Server will automatically delete them.

Upload the file to a file sharing site and link to it from there?
