but probably some work is performed on IP on which your website is located, so FTP access is temporarily disabled for you
these NS in red do not exist so delete them

in your browser just copy this address 185.27.134.59 and visits
and if you don’t see anything (it’s probably down)
if you see this 403 Forbidden - nginx
then everything is fine with that IP

The IP must be down again. Please be patient.
For starters, you don’t need to ping us everytime. I get notified if you replay to me, and getting two notifications can sometimes get annoying.
I can’t tell you why, only iFastNet can. Maybe there is something wrong that needs to be fixed. I have no clue. If you really want to, you can download your files and database, delete your domain, and upload and connect it all to a new account.
The IP is down again now, and I also wrote a few lines in the current outage notice about the recurrence of these issues:
