When I click on “File Manager”, I get the message: This site can’t be reached
When I use FileZilla, it tells me that the connection times out and I can’t connect to the server. for host name, I tried either 185.27.134.11, and ftpupload.net - neither works, and I get the message that the “connection timed out” and “could not connect to server”.
When I go to my website, by the way, all existing content is reading and rendering properly.
Thank you for the quick response! I did find the source of my issues…I was attempting to access in a different location, via a different service provider, and they had blocking mechanisms in place that made it not possible to access infinityfree.
