Cant connect to file services. FTP gives the error code 421 home directory not available
FTP is working fine for me.
Can you please show the full log from FileZilla?

- Website URL
- Account Username (epiz_XXXXXXXXX)
- Hosting Volume (volX_Y)

Hi, I have had the same problem since approximately 06:30 on the 29th of Jan this year. (New Zealand Daylight Time)
I get the following reply:
2022-01-31 11:31:01.532 USER epiz_29163945
< 2022-01-31 11:31:01.848 331 User epiz_29163945 OK. Password required
2022-01-31 11:31:01.848 PASS ***************
< 2022-01-31 11:31:02.185 421 Home directory not available - aborting
. 2022-01-31 11:31:02.185 Connection failed.
My URL is ibweather.epizy.com
The hosting volume is vol18_1

Can you try it again? The issue only seems to be affecting a few people.

I have a scheduled job that uploads my local weather site every 30 minutes.
It has been failing each time since then
I can see the site and it shows that it was last updated at 06:00 on the 29th Jan.

I checked FTP access for both of your account @RichardSavage and @bruhlord, but I didn’t encounter any issues.
It might be that there were issues before, but I can’t check that.

HI, Well my site started successfully uploading again at 23:00 on 31 jan. (NZDT) - about 9 hours ago.
