I was trying upload zip file to my website but at 100% whole website changed to white (like about:blank).

Yeah sure! I cant upload because error “The upload failed/413”.
also when I try extract file it stucks at 0 or it says timed out

our servers enforce and upload limit of 10 MB
Web based file manager tend to choke on extracting large archives (server timeout)
you can unzip files on your PC
and then upload part by part in the appropriate folders
retaining the existing folder structure
