Yes, after you wait 10 minutes then try again. Make sure you are using the password found under FTP in the client area!

It looks like FileZilla is working fine. Just drag and drop a file over to start an upload. And yes, I do use FileZilla.

but shouldnt the file manager (web) work too?
Not always, that is why FileZilla is recomended.

and how do i know that the web is working
If you use the web version to upload a file, you can then connect with FileZilla and see if the is present.

the filezilla sayd something succesful but the online file manager still have the login screen
Then just avoid using the online file manager, especially if FileZilla is working.

FileZilla is much better than the online manager, so if it is working, just use it anyway.

Yes, FileZilla is working just fine. Please just use that instead of the online file manager.
