I’m not quite sure what you mean by that, is the file over 10mb? If it’s a .zip file, try extracting it on your computer first.

This is a theme in the format of .zip, but it weighs more than 10mb.

The filesize limit here is 10MB. You could extracting the theme and uploading ever file in bulk of course. It may take time but is worth the try.
