but I got file too large error. and all my files were zipped. so I was wondering how I could upload files to new account
How are you trying to upload it? You should upload each file seperately, not in a zip.

This is the way to migrate any site here:
Our file manager uses FTP too, which means it’s not very good at extracting archives on the server.
