hi i have a problem where everytime i upload a file to ftp it always automatically deletes it, it happens o other files too
- Is the file less than 10 MB in size?
- Is the file upload to a htdocs folder?
- Is the file of a file type commonly found on websites (like .html, .php, .css, .jpg and so on)?

Yes. Some, if not all, hosts have a PHP upload limit. The 10 MB limit here is an actual file size limit, you simply cannot have files larger than than on your free hosting account.
