I can not connect to FTP at all
The message in the first screenshot is completely normal. The certificate on the FTP server is self signed. It’s not as good as a signed certificate, but at least the connection is encrypted, so it’s better than not having a certificate at all.
The second message is what it says on the tin: the username or password is invalid. Double check the password in the client area or try to change it and try again.
